My BOL is losing air. What should I do?Updated a year ago

A slight loss of air over a period of 6-12 months is normal, just pump a little with the enclosed hand pump. If your VLUV loses pressure faster, please check first:

 1. Room temperature stable? If the room temperature drops by around 2-3 degrees Celsius, the decreasing internal pressure can mean that you have to inflate the ball further.

 2. Sealing plug firmly pushed in? Please check whether the sealing plug has been pressed in firmly and flush.

 If neither of the two points applies, please first replace the sealing plug with the spare plug that came with the set and check whether the ball is still losing air. If you still notice a loss of pressure, please contact us via our contact form , we will of course help you immediately.
