The inner ball of my BOL is too small or the outer shell seems too big when inflated.Updated a year ago

First of all, you should check whether you have received the correct product components.

 1. To determine if you received the correct outer case, please measure the diameter of the round top or bottom:
 20-21 cm Ø: 65 cm BOL
 25-26 cm Ø: 75 cm BOL

 2. To determine if you received the correct inner ball, please weigh it:
 800-900g: 55cm inner ball
 1000-1100g: 65cm inner ball
 1200-1300g: 75cm inner ball

The size of the inner ball is also noted on the imprint on the valve of most inner balls.

If the inner ball is the right size, you can inflate it to the size of the outer shell without hesitation. The material, a very flexible, burst-proof PVC, is extremely adaptable and, as already mentioned, can be inflated much larger without hesitation, but at least up to the size of the ball cover. Of course, as described, you need a good pump that can generate the appropriate pressure. This comes with the ball.

The inner ball can be a bit hard at first, especially in cold weather, but the material will stretch and soften over the course of about 2 hours. In most cases, after 24 hours of full inflation, you can also let some air out again, which also makes the ball softer.
