Which BOL size is best for me?Updated a year ago

There are two main criteria that should be considered:  

1. The body size 
2. The area of application  

1. Height  

We offer 3 ball sizes for the following body sizes:  

BOL 55: about 130-155cm 
BOL 65: Approx. 155-180cm 
BOL 75: Approx. 180-200cm  

Here you can select the ball size that generally suits your height. Tip: Especially in the border areas between two ball sizes, i.e. approx. 152-157 cm and 178-182 cm, you should rather choose the smaller size if you want to sit comfortably and comfortably, or choose the larger model if you want to sit sporty.  

2. Area of application  

If you only want to use the ball for free sitting or training, you can select the size according to point. However, if you want to use your BOL to work in the office, the location is also an important decision criterion. For ball sizes 55 and 75 you should use a height-adjustable desk, otherwise there will be no comfortable, ergonomic seat, you will be sitting too high or too low. For standard tables with a height of approx. 72-76cm you should always use a VLUV 65, even if you are shorter or taller.
