Je nach Luftdruck und Gewichtsbelastung sinkt man ca. 10-15cm ein und erreicht somit eine akzeptable Sitzh&#xF6;he, indem man den Luftdruck im Ball entsprechend erh&#xF6;ht oder verringert.</p>
